DEALER CONTRACT PARTICULARS
1. Miniature Fantasies, Inc. agrees to provide eight-foot tables, two chairs and table covers. 2. Merchandise is restricted to miniature items no larger than one inch to the foot scale. Any item intended as a display should be clearly marked as a display only. 3. Every purchase must be placed in a bag with a sales slip enclosed, which bears the name and address of the dealer. 4. Dealers are expected to bring sufficient merchandise to last through the show and are not to tear down or leave early (prior to 6 p.m. on Saturday). 5. Only one helper is permitted in addition to the registered dealer. 6. No animals will be allowed in the sales or exhibit area. 7. MINIATURE FANTASIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO DEALERS OR MERCHANDISE. BY SIGNING THE CONTRACT, ALL DEALERS AGREE TO THIS CONDITION. AS A COURTESY, THE SALESROOM WILL BE GUARDED OR LOCKED WHENEVER THE ROOM IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. 8. The dealer set-up time will begin at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 24, 2008 and each dealer will keep his/her table intact until 6 PM on Saturday, October 25, 2008 9. The sales room will be open to the public from 6pm - 10pm on Friday and from noon till 6pm on Saturday.. 10. MINIATURE FANTASIES, INC. will not be responsible for any dealer loss sustained by the cancellation of the show, except for a full refund of any fees paid by the dealers to MINIATURE FANTASIES, INC. 11. NO SMOKING will be allowed in the exhibition hall, dining room or workshop areas. You may smoke in the public areas provided by the hotel for this purpose only. 12. Each piece must be marked at its selling price. 13. The signed contract should be returned by July 1, 2008. The deadline for dealer cancellation is July 15, 2008.
